  • Experience deploying SaaS solutions (configuring, testing, troubleshooting).
  • Strong CRM skills; build relationships and advocate for customers.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, sales, and support.
  • Problem solving; root cause analysis; Splunk, JIRA, Salesforce; CJIS check.
