  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in business/CS or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • SaaS deployment experience (config, test, troubleshoot).
  • Data analytics with Power BI and SQL Server.
  • Experience with CRM/issue trackers like JIRA and Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with CJIS and public safety standards.
