• Build and manage team processes to enable the team to do its best work
• Mentor and support teammates

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on programming experience
• 4+ years engineering management experience
• Experience leading a Payments-related team
• Comfortable guiding strategically and hands-on when needed
• Able to navigate complex, ambiguous problem spaces
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
