🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years engineering management across multiple technical disciplines.
- Strong Java background; Python, TypeScript, or Go a plus.
- Experience with DevOps/platform teams; CI/CD and build tooling.
- GitHub and GitHub Actions at scale; admin of orgs and workflows.
- Kubernetes on AWS (EKS) and/or GCP; container orchestration.
- Lead large cross-functional projects; matrix organizations; strong comms.
