📋 Description

• Hire, mentor, and coach a multidisciplinary squad.
• Partner with product to convert partner needs into technical roadmaps.
• Stay deeply technical; lead architectural reviews and unblock debugging.
• Own run of your team's services; on-call rotations and tech debt.
• Be primary tech contact for external partners; NA travel possible.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years leading engineering teams and 7+ years software dev.
• Experience with JVM/Scala or React preferred.
• Comfortable with ambiguity; build MVP without sacrificing long-term integrity.
• Experience with microservices, distributed systems, robust APIs.
• Ship-and-iterate mindset; balance Day 1 vs Day 30 optimizations.
• Proven track record growing juniors to seniors and leads.
