🎯 Requirements

2+ years managing high-performing software teams in fast-paced SaaS startups.
Full-stack experience (database, backend, frontend); former engineer.
Move fast, take action; adapt and learn new technologies.
Experience leading engineers on technical projects; mentor teams.
Deep knowledge of a mainstream language; Node.js or Go used in Lob.
Testing, QA, DevOps, CI/CD, observability, and service ownership.
