Software Engineering Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a full-stack team; ensure code quality and best practices.
• Contribute to design reviews and code reviews to uphold standards.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and help define product roadmaps.
• Ensure milestones are met; collaborate with R&D, BAs, and QA.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in SaaS architecture and deployment; Python, Jira, MySQL.
• 3+ years managing a software dev team in high-growth environments.
• Mentor engineers in a hybrid work environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication; articulate complex ideas.
• Self-directed, analytical, and collaborative.
• Experience leading teams with Agile methodologies.
