Monitor and optimize production backend performance.
Build integrations with 3rd party restaurant software (POS, loyalty, payments, CDPs).
Apply best practices in design, code quality, testing.
Optimize AI pipeline for noisy audio and new menus.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
4+ years backend infrastructure experience in production.
Proven track record of scalable, high-performance backend systems.
Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS) and API design.
Strong problem-solving and adaptability in a fast-paced startup.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
