🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2-3+ years in large-scale distributed JVM apps
• RESTful services, API design and event-driven architectures (Kafka, SQS)
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
• Cloud infra experience: AWS, GCP, OpenStack or Azure
• On-call rotations, incident response, monitoring tools (Prometheus, Datadog, Grafana)
• Excellent written communication for technical docs (with AI optional)
• Ability to evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, security, performance
• Strong Java fundamentals for architecture and debugging (incl. AI)
• Proficiency with AI coding assistants (Claude, Copilot, Cursor)
• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field
• CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, OS, distributed systems
• Team-oriented and highly motivated
