Software Engineer, Test Engineering and Operations

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain Python tools, data pipelines, tests for hardware checkout and test ops.
• Interface software with physical systems and instrumentation (RTDs, pressure sensors).
• Lead design, development, and deployment using CI/CD in Linux environments.
• Refactor and automate tools and processes for efficiency, scalability, reliability.
• Create software to streamline workflows and reduce risk in hazardous operations.
• Develop secure, scalable OO software and quickly learn new technologies; participate in reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/math/science or 1+ year OO programming exp.
• 1+ year professional Python development experience.
• Experience in Linux environments, including shell scripting and deployment.
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment workflows.
• Strong debugging, performance optimization, and reliable, testable code; SQL/databases experience.
• Thrive in dynamic, high-pressure environments with clear written and verbal communication.
