Software Engineer, Seller Growth

📋 Description

• Design and build core systems for the Seller Growth Platform.
• Protect funnel from fraud with IDV, fraud detection, risk reviews.
• Balance growth with trust to scale onboarding while avoiding abuse.
• Build platform intelligence: enrichment data, signals, and LTV models.
• Create scalable infrastructure with trust/reputation and experiments.
• Drive long-term seller success by value/risk bucketing.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field, or equivalent.
• Experience building scalable systems (Python, Elixir, JavaScript).
• Ability to work across the stack (backend and frontend).
• Proven track record of shipping features quickly.
• SQL, dbt, and data pipeline experience.
