📋 Description

• Own cross-cutting security programs across product, infra, and AI.
• Hands-on with core security primitives for identity and authz.
• Coordinate across 5–10+ engineering teams to land multi-quarter changes.
• Primary owner for authentication migrations, AI guardrails, and authz direction.
• By day 90: lead one P0 security program end-to-end plus AI leverage.
• By end of year 1: raise standards for secure primitives and reduce vulnerabilities.

• Ship security-critical infrastructure in production (identity/auth, authz).
• Write RFCs and align cross-functional stakeholders.
• Build/operate AI/LLM security protections (prompt injection, provenance).
• Ramp quickly and lead in an emerging AI security domain.
• Strong systems mindset; unblock partners; reusable primitives.
• Mentor others; lead intern/project ownership and enablement.
