🎯 Requirements

Strong Ruby knowledge, incl. Ruby on Rails.
Experience with TDD.
Experience with event-based systems (Kafka).
Proficient with Git or other source control.
Experience in a metrics-driven team focused on outcomes.
Self-driven with ownership of product outcomes.
