🎯 Requirements

4+ years as a software engineer building internal tools.
Experience with agentic coding tools; React/TypeScript, Python.
Product-minded; work with users to fix pain points.
Cloud: GCP/AWS, Postgres/BigQuery, CI/CD.
Clear communication with non-engineering stakeholders.
Care about societal impacts and AI safety.
