📋 Description

• Contribute to core app stack: backend services, APIs, data workflows.
• Design systems to ingest, organise and serve multi-modal data.
• Develop robust ETL pipelines for onboarding new datasets quickly.
• Build internal tools for ML scientists to access clean data.
• Contribute to data model schemas for evolving sources.
• Architectural decisions across app, DB and infrastructure.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong software engineering across backend and frontend systems.
• Experience designing APIs, application services and data-intensive systems.
• Hands-on with databases and data pipelines; design schemas.
• Experience across multiple data modalities or complex datasets.
• Cloud experience; deploy production infra on a major cloud provider.
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Builder mentality; practical, hands-on, wearing multiple hats.
• UK-based or willing to relocate to the UK; travel to London regularly.
