Software Engineer, Performance Marketing

📋 Description

• Build data pipelines ingesting marketing data from Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, AppsFlyer.
• Create automation tools for bidding, budget pacing, creative rotation, and experimentation.
• Implement attribution/tracking logic (MMP, SKAN, postbacks, deduplication).
• Partner with Growth, Marketing, and Data to ship impactful systems.
• Flexible WFH or hub-based; must be within commuting distance of Seattle/NYC/SF/LA.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as a Software Development Engineer.
• Hands-on experience supporting performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of paid media: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok.
• AppsFlyer (or similar MMP) experience.
• Attribution models: last click, MTA, SKAN; probabilistic vs deterministic.
• Backend skills: Python/Java/Go; data systems (SQL, warehouses, ETL/ELT, streaming a plus).
