📋 Description

• Design, build, and ship software shaping Gustie HR experiences.
• Partner with People Ops to translate workflows into software.
• Develop integrations across Workday, Greenhouse, Slack, and Google Workspace.
• Build MCP servers to give AI agents access to People data.
• Integrate Anthropic Claude or OpenAI for AI tooling.
• Collaborate in Jira planning and demos for stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of full-stack engineering with Python or TS/Node.js.
• REST APIs with OAuth, rate limits, pagination, and errors.
• Integrate SaaS platforms like Workday/Greenhouse/Slack/Google WS.
• AI/LLM API integration with prompts and parsing.
• Experience shipping internal tools.
• Strong written communication and API documentation.
