Software Engineer, Observability

📋 Description

• Design and scale logging, metrics, and tracing pipelines at scale.
• Evaluate and adopt new observability tech (OpenTelemetry, ClickHouse, ELK).
• Mentor infra engineers; share best practices in tracing, monitoring.
• Define coding standards and operational excellence across the org.
• Partner with infra, orchestration, and product teams to embed observability.
• Own end-to-end reliability for observability tools; set SLAs and SLOs.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years software engineering; 3+ years observability/infrastructure.
• Proven success in production logging, metrics, or tracing systems.
• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK Stack, Loki, or ClickHouse.
• Proficiency in Go, Python, or Java.
• Experience mentoring engineers and cross-team collaboration.
• Strong communication of trade-offs and architecture.
