📋 Description

• Own the Markets Portal: build and launch markets.
• Build markets automation: design pipelines to deploy markets at scale.
• Ship deployments end-to-end: take features from concept to production.
• Work across a broad set of systems: APIs, dashboards, workflows.
• Work across the stack: frontend and backend with modern frameworks.
• Partner with operations teams: collaborate with users and iterate fast.
• Write clean, maintainable code: scale systems with reviews and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of professional software development experience.
• Solid experience building full-stack web applications.
• Strong skills in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), and CSS.
• Experience with React and Node.js (Next.js is a bonus).
• A bias for action: shipping quickly with real feedback.
• Comfort with ambiguity and context-switching.
• Great communication and collaboration skills.
• A passion for blockchain, decentralized finance, and freedom of speech.
• (Plus) Experience with workflow automation or deployment pipelines.
• (Plus) Background in fintech, crypto, or data-heavy applications.
• (Plus) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
