📋 Description

• Build and improve source-of-truth systems, APIs, and internal interfaces for logistics workflows.
• Own backend/platform work for logistics data quality, shipment state, and observability.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, CX, Ops, Trust, and Finance to create durable systems.
• Improve logistics data correctness, timeliness, and usability for support and product workflows.
• Build tooling and monitoring to detect problems earlier and reach truth faster.
• Thoughtful AI approach to improve quality while preserving verification.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building and owning backend/platform systems in production at senior scope.
• Strong product judgment connecting technical work to user impact and outcomes.
• Experience in complex marketplace, coordination, delivery, or post-purchase systems.
• Strong instincts around data quality, source-of-truth, observability, and debugging.
• Thoughtful AI approach to improve quality while preserving verification.
• Comfort in fast-moving, high-ownership environments with ambiguity.
