Deliver tasks that meet acceptance criteria with moderate scope.
Write readable, tested Go code with automated testing; participate in peer reviews.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, DevOps).
Contribute to component design, weighing trade-offs and reasoning.
Debug issues in your codebase, following defined procedures.

🎯 Requirements

1-2+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Proficiency in Golang; willingness to rapidly learn Go.
Familiarity with Kubernetes architecture and concepts (Pods, Deployments, Services, CRDs).
Ability to deliver routine work with general instructions and take on new projects.
Experience writing unit and integration tests.
Strong learning mindset and ability to collaborate in a distributed, remote-first team.
