Own internal dashboards and admin tooling (Retool) to improve ops efficiency.
Build integrations (Intercom) for real-time user data across Support/CS.
Design and maintain GMV reporting, payment reconciliation, and finance data accuracy.
Develop and iterate on dispute management tools for the Support team.
Triage and fix on-call bugs and issues escalated by Success Managers.
Support CRM migrations/integrations across platforms (HubSpot, Planhat).

🎯 Requirements

Familiarity with backend tech (Node.js) and databases.
RESTful API experience.
2+ years of experience with TypeScript and React.
End-to-end ownership across frontend, backend, and deployment.
Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
Thrives on internal tooling and operations, not just user-facing work.
