Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks for the MongoDB query engine
Build performance tests and monitoring tooling for high-volume workloads
Collaborate with peers to ensure testability and coverage of edge cases
Provide code-review feedback to improve robustness and reliability

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in software development and/or performance engineering
Fluency in Python, JavaScript or TypeScript
Experience with distributed systems and high-scale testing
Excellent written and spoken English communication
Experience developing automation test frameworks
Experience in query processing engine testing
Background in database query engines or compilers
