📋 Description

  • Lead deals from sourcing to close and manage a sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to build a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Learn Culture’s technologies to qualify opportunities and craft proposals.
  • Present proposals and structured deals to clients; negotiate terms.
  • Attend trade shows and organize events to generate leads.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years selling services, software, or equipment to biopharma/biotech.
  • Experience selling CDMO services is highly preferred.
  • Experience selling upstream bioprocessing services/equipment.
  • Strong analytical skills with data-driven business cases.
  • Excellent communicator with strong emotional intelligence.
  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral in a related field, or biotech/bioprocessing exp.
