Develop and maintain Dialpad’s native integrations (Zendesk, HubSpot, AthenaHealth)
Enable real-time automations and data transfers across systems
Collaborate with engineers, product leaders, customers, and stakeholders
Contribute to Agentic AI initiatives and integration design
Write clean, modular code with tests
Review code and participate in architecture discussions

🎯 Requirements

3+ years of software engineering experience
Proficiency in JavaScript or Python (OOP languages)
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Testing, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
Strong communication and teamwork
Agentic AI experience and familiarity with AI coding assistants
