Software Engineer, Infrastructure Platform

📋 Description

• Reducing toil via automation, including AI-assisted workflows.
• Build self-service onboarding and deployment flows to speed delivery.
• Scale Kubernetes foundations and traffic/ingress systems.
• Operate internal platform services and APIs in Go.
• Define governance guardrails; collaborate with product and security teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years backend engineering in cloud/distributed systems.
• Go or similar language; design, testing, debugging, code review.
• 3+ years shipping cloud services in production.
• Linux, networking, and cloud security fundamentals.
• Experience building automation incl. AI-assisted workflows with guardrails.
• Kubernetes/EKS, ingress, CNI, service mesh, L4/L7 load balancing.
• CI/CD with GitHub Actions or Argo CD; canaries and rollback.
• Clear written and verbal communication for RFCs and incident reports.
