Software Engineer, Infrastructure - Analytics Platform

📋 Description

• Own infrastructure end-to-end: design, rollout, and operation.
• Build fast backends in Rust or C++ for core research workflows.
• Design distributed data/serving systems with partitioning and replication considerations.
• Debug production bottlenecks in latency and throughput.
• Operate services on-call with observability and zero-downtime migrations.
• Improve reliability of Kubernetes-based services through tuning.

🎯 Requirements

• Own operationally critical systems end to end in ambiguous environments.
• Strong hands-on experience building performance-sensitive backend systems in Rust or C++.
• Concurrency, async execution, memory behavior, and profiling expertise.
• Experience designing/building/operating distributed systems at meaningful scale.
• Preferably experience with ClickHouse-like analytics infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience operating production-critical systems, with incidents and observability.
