- Linux/Unix knowledge and Bash scripting.
- Python and Golang programming.
- Monitoring/observability tools: OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana.
- GitOps and scalable DevOps practices.
- API and microservices architecture design.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineers.
- Excellent communication and collaboration.
