Develop test automation frameworks and pipelines for CI/CD.
Establish test processes, planning, execution, and defect tracking.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and program teams on requirements and acceptance criteria.
Oversee functional and non functional testing (perf, security, regression).
Develop and track quality metrics, report progress and readiness.
Support UAT and stakeholder validation.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of testing experience.
Must have lead experience on projects.
At least 2 years coding in JavaScript.
Experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, JUnit.
Strong defect tracking using Jira and Github.
Experience leading regression, UAT, and E2E testing.
