- Be heavily involved in defining the vision and assembling feature roadmaps.
- Mentor other engineers and contribute to team growth and development.
🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years of professional software development experience.
- Extensive experience deploying and operating microservices in a cloud environment.
- Fluent in one of modern JavaScript frameworks (React or Vue).
- Good understanding of scalability and observability practices.
- Experience with message queues and/or streaming data systems like Kafka/PubSub.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
