Software Engineer III, Identity & Security Foundation

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain secure auth systems using Java, PHP, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Build microservices with MFA, SSO, OAuth2.0, OIDC, and JWT.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver reliable solutions.
• Contribute to code reviews and improve security standards and quality.
• Troubleshoot production auth issues; balance performance and usability.
• Participate in architectural discussions on secure web service design.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software engineering with Java or PHP in production.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field—or equivalent practical experience.
• Solid understanding of MFA, SSO, OAuth 2.0, and JWT token management.
• Experience building RESTful APIs or microservices with security best practices.
• Comfortable collaborating across teams to translate requirements into designs.
• Balance security with performance and usability without compromising quality.
