Software Engineer III, Core Experiences

📋 Description

• Develop React-based features for core web experiences, focusing on the preview experience and high-impact user workflows.
• Evolve frontend architecture toward modern, scalable design systems with emphasis on performance and accessibility.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to translate customer requests into clear requirements and deliver iterative improvements.
• Own small-to-medium features from design through launch, including testing, instrumentation, and rollouts.
• Contribute to frontend architecture, coding standards, and reusable UI components.
• Collaborate across time zones with a partner engineering team in Poland to coordinate shared features.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience building web applications with React and modern JavaScript.
• Strong product mindset with experience partnering with PM and Design to ship customer-impacting features.
• Experience owning features end-to-end, including testing, observability, and phased rollouts.
• Track record contributing to frontend architectures and adopting modern design systems.
• Distributed teams across time zones; familiarity with CI CD and on call support.
• Web fundamentals including performance, accessibility (WCAG), security, and testing.
