Solve challenges related to distributed systems at scale.
Measure system performance; identify bottlenecks; optimize accordingly.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across geographies (Poland & USA).
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups and sprint planning.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years of professional software development experience.
Proficient in Java.
Strong communicator who meets deadlines reliably while collaborating effectively within teams.
Passionate about learning new technologies and applying them pragmatically in production environments.
Fluent English speaker capable of working seamlessly across international teams.
