🎯 Requirements
- Bachelors degree, preferably in Software Engineering or Computer Science
- 5+ years of software industry experience solving complex problems
- Strong foundation in designing reusable libraries and experimentation platforms for backend and frontend
- Experience with distributed systems and building scalable software
- Proficiency in object-oriented languages (Java, C++, C#) and hands-on cloud tech (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes, CI tools (Buildkite) and PostgreSQL
- Knowledge of observability tools (New Relic, Grafana) and AI tools a plus
