Software Engineer II (Search Quality)

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services powering search at scale.
• Collaborate with scientists/ML engineers to bring research to production.
• Work across ingest, indexing, ranking, and retrieval in AI Search.
• Integrate big data/streaming systems (Kafka, Spark) to learn from user behavior.
• Operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment influencing customer success.

🎯 Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years backend software engineering in Java or Python; strong CS fundamentals.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS or GCP) and Docker/Kubernetes.
• Distributed systems, microservices, and large-scale data pipelines.
• Big data tech: Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, and data lakes.
• Interest in or exposure to machine learning technologies.
