Own and maintain user-facing features for moderation and global safety products.
Engage in full software development cycle: lead initiatives, code, test, document, and deliver.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners: PMs, UX, Data, and Marketing.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years of professional software development experience.
A track record of building consumer-facing products.
Mastery of modern programming languages and frameworks.
Strong problem-solving skills with CS concepts (algorithms, data structures, distributed computing).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent real-world experience.
Bonus: safety/moderation experience.
