Liaise between business stakeholders and tech teams to develop user stories and solutions.
Explain complex system architectures and data flows to the Scrum team.
Maintain Confluence and Jira with business decisions and API docs.
Ensure user stories reflect requirements and convey business impact.
Create techno-functional user stories for approval per governance standards.
Collaborate with business, testers and developers to clarify requirements.
Lead or support multiple projects, manage scope, schedules and stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

6+ years of experience as BA.
Experience with complex cloud-based systems.
Proficient in creating and managing User Stories.
JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, PLSQL; AWS/GCP.
JSON, XML and relational schemas knowledge.
Experience with Scrum/Agile; Agile Practitioner preferred.
AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) advantageous.
