Create concise, detailed technical documentation
Leverage Agile and Lean practices
Design, build, and maintain automated tests (unit and integration) for high quality
Support healthy system operations and ensure high availability

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or equivalent experience
4+ years of software engineering experience
Expertise building APIs with C# and .NET
Experience with event-driven systems using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar
Experience with CQRS, Event Sourcing, or similar
Experience with SQL and relational databases
Proven track record of teamwork and delivery
Fintech or financial services experience with knowledge of regulators
