Scale RDBMS (Postgres/MySQL/Aurora) and NoSQL (Cassandra/MongoDB) with monitoring
Build and maintain automation and tooling (Infrastructure as Code)
Manage backups, restores, and high-availability configurations
Monitor and troubleshoot production and non-production performance
Collaborate with senior engineers and product teams on schema changes
Ensure data integrity and security with replication monitoring

🎯 Requirements

5+ years experience managing or supporting cloud-based DB systems (AWS/GCP)
Strong knowledge of RDBMS (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Cassandra)
IaC experience with Terraform or Ansible
Scripting in Python or Bash for automation
SQL proficiency and performance tuning
HA, backups, and replication concepts
