🎯 Requirements

• 1.5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficient in Python or Kotlin; backend design, development, and launch.
• Experience with distributed systems; AWS, MySQL, Kubernetes.
• Translate simple problems into multi-component solutions with well-tested, extensible code.
• Comfortable navigating large codebases; debugging and code reviews.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; ownership and communication.
