Provide design feedback and code reviews to ensure requirements are met
Work with pilot customers to ensure successful delivery and operation

🎯 Requirements

3-5 years of professional software development experience
Backend: Java or Kotlin or equivalents
Frontend: React or similar
Interest across the tech stack to deliver outcomes
Builds well-engineered, usable, accessible systems
Exposure to design tools (e.g., Figma)
