Software Engineer II

📋 Description

• Build backend systems linking Axon Records to external databases.
• Own NCIC and External Search domains and third-party API exposure.
• Backend work with UI components for visibility and workflow.
• Design services for correctness, reliability, and auditability.
• Build systems that handle failures, retries, partial responses, and outages.
• Collaborate with product, compliance, and partners to safely evolve integrations.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field (or equivalent).
• Strong backend fundamentals and production services experience.
• Experience designing and operating distributed systems in the cloud.
• Solid understanding of APIs, SOA, and versioned contracts.
• Experience integrating with external systems or third-party consumers.
