- Experience in Java, Go, or C# (or similar)
- Ability to make tough technical decisions based on requirements, constraints, and trade-offs
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience is a plus
- Focus on end-user experience and solving hard problems
