Evaluate tools, technologies, and processes to ensure quality; present insights.
Ensure security, performance, and quality of software architecture; guide dev teams.
Conduct research, gather data, identify requirements, develop solutions.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 2–4 years of relevant experience.
Ability to determine actions based on guidelines and modify methods as needed.
Genuine passion for software development and willingness to learn.
Exposure to version control (Git).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum concepts.
Familiarity with AI coding tools (GitHub Copilot) is a plus.
