🎯 Requirements

3+ years of software development experience.
2+ years design/architecture knowledge (OOA/OOD).
Proficient in Ruby, C, C++, Java, or Kotlin.
Bachelor's degree in CS or related field, or equivalent.
Experience building large-scale distributed systems.
Familiar with SDLC practices (coding standards, reviews, CI/CD, testing).
