🎯 Requirements

0–2 years of professional software engineering experience (internships/co-op welcome)
Strong foundation in Java, Python, Go, or similar
CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, OOP, web tech

Strong communication and collaboration; eager to learn and contribute
BS in CS/Engineering or equivalent practical experience
