Write clean, testable backend services and platform capabilities.
Participate in on-call rotation; improve runbooks and monitoring.
Debug production issues and improve system reliability.
Mentor engineers through code reviews and design discussions.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years of software engineering experience.
Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS or equivalent.
Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, or Scala on the JVM.
Experience building backend services in distributed systems.
Ability to drive alignment and collaborate with stakeholders.
Fluent in English and Chinese.
