🎯 Requirements

3+ years in backend/full-stack software engineering
Bachelor’s and/or Master/PhD in CS, or equivalent experience
Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, or Scala (JVM)
Experience building backend systems in distributed/service-oriented env
Focus on efficiency, availability, and technical quality
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
