🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years building production web apps with strong full-stack fundamentals
- Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js (or strong fundamentals in similar technologies)
- Strong product and business sense with motivation to move growth and monetization metrics
- Data-driven mindset with comfort using A/B testing, analytics, and interpreting metrics
- Move fast during experiments, but deliberate with credits/payments
- Scrappy approach with comfort in ambiguity and iterative shipping
