🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong coding skills in Python, TypeScript, and React.
• Experience leading the feasibility and execution of complex projects.
• Technical vision and ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term architectural goals.
• Strong product intuition and passion for consumer experiences; data-informed.
• Experience with A/B testing frameworks and analytics.
